International Charitable Foundation "MAGNUS" is a charitable organization whose mission is to help people, protect the environment, and promote the protection of human rights in accordance with the international rules of the United Nations (UN).

The fund works under the following programs:

- Support of religious organizations;
- Development of scientific institutes for the development of technologies and scientific organizations;
- Development of cooperation between states within the framework of joint development of security and peace;
- Assistance to medical institutions;
- Assistance to scientific institutes of medical institutions;
- Assistance to creative organizations;
- Assistance to people injured as a result of natural phenomena, injured as a result of hostilities, assistance to people with disabilities;
- Promotion of food crisis prevention within the framework of international programs of the World Food Program;
- Promoting the development of culture between states;
- Providing assistance, formation and conducting of research on preservation of the environment.
